      DETAILS AND EXPLANATIONS

      Use the Sync Now button to start a sync.  A progress wheel will let you know the sync is working.

      A sync log is maintained on this tab for future reference.

      Once the sync is complete, a new log entry is recorded with an ID, a start date & time, and a finished date & time.  You'll know it's complete when the yellow "Sync Completed" indicator returns to the top right portion of the screen.

      • Click on the ID number to review the data that synced:

      • Click on the Exceptions number (if any) to review the reasons why some data didn't sync.  See a separate chapter to help troubleshoot sync errors.
