Action: Navigate to the payment in Bill.com. Review the list of bills paid and compare to the list of bills in BQE Core for the same vendor. Identify which bill is missing. Navigate to Sync Settings in the SPRCHRGR sync tool and change the Days of transaction activity to sync to include more days (back to the date the missing bill was created in Bill.com). Run Sync. Review the sync log to ensure payment and bills are now properly synced to BQE Core.
