To connect a BQE CORE account that is not currently showing as an active connection in your sprchrgr.app account, follow these steps.
- Before following any of the steps that take place in the sprchrgr.app platform, be sure to log into the BQE CORE account you want to connect. When authorizing 3rd party platforms like sprchrgr.app, BQE CORE will do so using the currently logged in user and account. This means you want to be logged into a user account with high level permissions that should never become inactive. Best practice is to be logged in as the administrator.
- First log into your sprchrgr.app account and click on the Connections navigation link and then the Add Connection button. An option should appear to add a connection for BQE CORE. Click the Connect button to begin the process.
- Click the Connect button to begin the process of authorizing the sprchrgr.app platform to connect to your BQE CORE account.
- Your browser will be redirected to either a log in screen for BQE CORE if Step 1 of this guide was not followed (best practice is to log in as the administrator) or bypass that to a screen to grant permissions if already logged in.
- Once permission is granted you will be redirected to the sprchrgr.app platform confirming a successful connection.
