We'll work together and take it one step at a time.
We recommend a "black-out period" for bill entry and bill payment (even just a few days) where accounts payable activity is extremely limited or completely halted. This allows us to work with you and your static data in a quick and efficient manner and gives you time to stay actively engaged in the data validation. Once the initial sync is complete and data is validated in both systems, you'll be LIVE with the SPRCHRGR Sync Tool!
The initial sync will push the entire data list from the source of truth to the receiving software. After the initial sync, only modified and created data will sync between the two systems.
No data is deleted or deactivated during the initial sync. Be sure to tell your SPRCHRGR Integration Specialist if you have data in the receiving software that you would like de-activated.
