Creating a New Bill.com Account

Once your Bill.com account is provisioned, here's a quick checklist to help you get started.

What if I need a BILL.com account?  Easy!  SPRCHRGR is an accounting firm partner with BILL.com.  If you don't already have your own BILL.com account, we can provision a new one for you on our console.  To request SPRCHRGR's assistance with a BILL.com account, please open a support ticket within the app portal  (https://sprchrgr.app/Settings/SupportTicket)

Once you have your BILL.com account:

  • Review your company information
  • Enter your credit card for payment
  • Turn on the "combine payments" setting
  • Allow BILL.com to number the Journal Entries
  • Add the general ledger account "Bill.com Money Out Clearing" to BQE Core, and select it when prompted in BILL.com 
  • Add the general ledger account "Uncategorized expense" to BQE Core, and select it when prompted in BILL.com for the Unallocated Expenses Account
  • Set up the bank account for your vendor payments
  • Decide whether or not you want to see general ledger account numbers in BILL
  • Note the BILL.com inbox e-mail address
