This article covers on how an Administrator can unlock members account in case a member has accidently locked themselves out.
After 5 failed attempts a user's account will be locked for security purposes in order to unlock it follow the guide below
1. Go to Settings > Members > Edit User:
2. From here you'll see a screen where you can lock or unlock an account in most cases you'll Unlock it & Update the password:
