WorkSpaces used to be called Policies in Expensify

A workspace is the set of rules, settings, and spending limits for expense reports in your organization.  This includes the unique expense categories and tags, budgets, currency and tax settings, etc. that all workspace members use.

 

The SPRCHRGR sync tool app allows you to configure sync settings for each workspace.  The Settings, Sync Filters, and Categories are all workspace-specific:
